✨ Payment type - cash or card/contactless (business account)

✨ Cancellations - if you are to cancel within 36 hours of your booking, 20% of the booking price will be required to pay
✨Due to the great British weather, unfortunately our work is quite difficult in wet conditions. This is because of the risk of the interior getting damp when attempting our services or certain treatments won’t work when wet. On the occasion of rainy weather we can offer either an exterior clean only or reschedule your appointment at our next available date.
✨ Due to the occasional appointments in which cars can be worse than expected, please allow 30 to 60 minutes running late time between bookings (if this is necessary, we will give as much notice as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused)
✨A walk around of the vehicle to assess any damage will take place before any service is started (pictures will be taken or discussed with yourself)
✨When choosing a Doggy Wash, prices are stated FROM, this cost may increase on the day if the service requires more time and product. If this is necessary, it will be stated before the service starts. (There is never a guarantee 100% of pet hair is removed, if deeply embedded but always the majority)
